Detailed Position Analysis
Spending the right amount of time discussing the role with our customer is imperative to finding your solution. All Pursuit Executive consultants make the time to ask you the right questions. Gaining insight into your team and culture is first and foremost. We are not telemarketers! Our consultant will invest the energy to proactively visit your organisation to gain a clear understanding of your requirements and experience the culture the right candidate will be working within.

The best attract the best! Our advertising techniques are based on a strict methodology. Through utilizing the right advertising channels, Pursuit Executive always attracts the right applicants. We advertise predominantly online through carefully selected sites. We also attract our candidate via appropriate, affiliated association websites and print mediums should it be deemed necessary to industry requirements.

5 Step Screening Process
To make sure your candidate is the right fit for your organization, this is what we do.
Step 1 – Resume Screening – We ensure they first and foremost have the experience that you’re looking for.
Step 2 – Phone Interview – Before we discuss your company we make sure their expectations and values are inline with yours.
Step 3 – Candidate meeting – You can’t judge a good Manager or Sales person by a resume. Candidate meetings will sort out the good, the bad and the not so suitable. We assess presentation, communication, market experience, business generation and most importantly ‘Can They Sell?’ If these are all in line with your needs, only then will they move to the next step.
Step 4 – Creating the Shortlist – After meeting all candidates suitable for your position we will phone interview them again; based on your criteria we will pick our top 1-3. Unlike many, we don’t ‘throw mud at the wall until it sticks’ – we simply provide professionals you want to meet. Should they not suit your requirements, there is no need for you to meet them.
Step 5 – Reference Checks – Once you have met with a Pursuit Executive candidate and are completely satisfied, we will conduct reference checks on your behalf.

In terms of our fee structure, we have a variety of options catering to your requirements:
Contingency Basis
Working on a role by role contingency basis allows you the freedom to utilize other recruitment companies’ services and advertise the position yourself while Pursuit Executive works on the project on your behalf.
Exclusive Agreement
An agreed time frame is given to Pursuit Executive exclusively to fill your position. This enables you to control how your company and position is perceived in the market and essentially provides us an opportunity to gain a return on our time invested. That’s why we can offer you a lower fee.
Nationally Preferred Supplier Agreement
As a nationally preferred supplier you will be obliged to provide Pursuit Executive with notification of any Executive position you need filled and allow us the opportunity to find your solution. By showing your commitment and placing faith in Pursuit Executive, we provide you with the financial benefit.
